We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. All items are shipped via Royal Mail or a trusted courier service, and standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days after dispatch. Please note that during busy periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Free standard UK shipping is available on orders over £50.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
