Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
